We are purely a service-providing organization and do not manufacture, sell, or distribute any physical or digital products of any kind. Our professional services span across Artificial Intelligence including AI consulting, custom development, data engineering, ChatBot and VoiceBot development; Cloud Computing including cloud migration, native development, and digital transformation; DevOps and DevSecOps professional services; Mobility solutions including native iOS, Android, Flutter, hybrid, PWA, and wearable app development; Web Development including full stack, eCommerce, CMS, and custom solutions; Market Research including project management, panel management, fraud detection, and DIY tools; and Blockchain solutions including consulting, DApp development, smart contracts, and crypto wallets.

All service engagements are formally governed through separate Service Agreements, Project Proposals, or Statements of Work mutually agreed upon and signed by both parties prior to the commencement of any work. We reserve the right to modify, expand, suspend, or discontinue any service offering at any time without prior notice.

All payments for professional services are processed exclusively via Bank Transfer through NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS directly to the company's registered current bank account held in the legal name of Claudreck Technologies Private Limited. Bank account details are provided in the official invoice issued by our company, and payments must only be made to this official account. We are not responsible for any payments made to any other account.

All service fees, payment schedules, and milestone breakdowns are clearly defined in the mutually agreed Service Agreement or Statement of Work. All quoted prices are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax unless explicitly stated otherwise, and GST at the prevailing rate will be charged as applicable under Indian tax laws and clearly mentioned on all official invoices bearing our GST number 08AANCC1565E1ZN. Invoice disputes must be formally raised in writing within 7 business days of receipt of the invoice, as disputes raised after this period will not be entertained. Claudreck Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to pause, suspend, or terminate services in the event of delayed, incomplete, or missed payments without any liability to the client. All payments once processed and confirmed are considered final and binding as per the agreed project terms.

Claudreck Technologies Pvt. Ltd. operates on a strict No Refund Policy for all professional services rendered, and we strongly urge you to read this section very carefully before engaging our services. All fees paid to Claudreck Technologies Pvt. Ltd. are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances without exception. As a professional technology services company, once project work has commenced, human resources, technical expertise, time, infrastructure, and intellectual effort have been irrevocably committed and cannot be recovered or returned.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances including when work has commenced on any part of the project, when project milestones have been completed and delivered, when consultation services have been provided, when the project has been partially or fully completed, when the client changes project scope mid-project, or when the client decides to cancel the project after commencement. In the event of project cancellation by the client, all fees paid for work already completed, in progress, or resources already allocated will be fully retained by Claudreck Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and the client will remain liable to pay for all work completed up to the point of cancellation. Any exceptions to this No Refund Policy are entirely at the sole and absolute discretion of senior management and must be formally approved in writing by an authorized company director. By making any payment to Claudreck Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and unconditionally accept this No Refund Policy.

All content on this Website including text, articles, blog posts, graphics, logos, icons, images, photographs, design elements, user interface, code, software, and all other materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Claudreck Technologies Private Limited and are fully protected under the Copyright Act 1957, Trade Marks Act 1999, and all other applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. Ltd. retains the perpetual right to display completed projects and work samples in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless the client has explicitly restricted this in writing within the signed Service Agreement. Any open-source tools or third-party libraries used in project development remain subject to their respective original licenses, and unauthorized use of any intellectual property owned by Claudreck Technologies Pvt. Ltd. may result in immediate legal action including injunctions and claims for damages.
